". . . the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple." -- Psalm 19:7.
Most Americans lack a knowledge of their true status as sovereigns on the land,
and how to claim their rights which are protected by the Bill of Rights; the list
of rights is as powerful and binding today as the day it was written!
The
rights of the sovereign cannot be taxed and his life cannot be regulated by the government
in any way. In a constitutional republic the government has only one reason to exist;
to protect the rights of the governed.
But instead, the government of the
unconstitutional democracy, today, is sometimes the greatest abuser of the rights
it was established to protect!
We the people must reclaim our sovereignty
and rights, and bring the government back under our control. Bad legislation must
be replaced with good legislation that benefits the people. Therefore, we must educate
and support our government officials so they can do their jobs correctly, without
intimidation or fear.
America is being influenced by conspirators who --- like a prize fighter fighting against his opponent --- feint a jab, to focus their victim's attention away from the fist that will deliver the knock-out blow.
"The individual stands upon his constitutional rights as a citizen.
He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract
is unlimited. He owes no duty to the state or to his neighbors to divulge his business
or to open his doors to investigation, so far as it may tend to incriminate him.
He owes no duty to the state since he receives nothing therefrom beyond the protection
of his property and life. His rights are such as exist by the law of the land that
is long antecedent to the organization of the state, and can only be taken from him
by due process of the law in accordance with the Constitution. He owes nothing to
the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights." --- United
States Supreme Court, Hale vs. Hinkle 201 U.S. 43 at 74.
Since 1905, the
case of Hale vs. Hinkle has been cited by the Supreme Court over 144
times and by the lower federal and state courts over 1,600 times. Hale vs.
Hinckle has never been reversed . . .
